Your files will be available for download once the payment is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the designs, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

PERSONAL USE

You may use these files in any personal or non-profit projects in a manner that has no potential monetary gain.

COMMERCIAL USE

These are permitted under the Commercial License:

✓ You may create physical end products for commercial use, such as, but not limited to: clothing, cards, invitations, stickers, etc.

✓ You may create product packaging for commercial use, such as, but not limited to: labels, stickers, stamps, containers, etc.

✓ You may create digital products for commercial use, such as, but not limited to: seamless patterns, sublimation designs, digital stickers, etc.

✓ You may create logos, banners, social media posts, etc for your small business.

These are not permitted under the Commercial License:

✕ The resale of these files is prohibited.

✕ Creating layered PNG, SVG, AI, EPS, etc. for sale is not permitted.

✕ Creating marketing material or logo designs with the intentions of selling them is not permitted.

✕ Claiming ownership of images, whether altered or unaltered, is prohibited.

✕ Sharing, distributing, transferring, copying, or giving away any file is prohibited.

COPYRIGHT

It is prohibited to claim the work of Midnight Magic Studio as your own. Midnight Magic Studio retains all copyrights and ownership of the images and designs at all times. These artworks are solely inspired by the original characters and do not claim ownership over them.
